Till Worx provides TillWorx to takeaways.
We keep your name, business name, email, phone and payment status to provide the service and take payment (through Stripe, which handles your card details). We keep these while you're a customer and for six years after, for accounts.
For the takeaways using the service, we act as a processor: we store their customers' orders and contact details only to run the takeaway's ordering, and the takeaway is responsible for them. Each takeaway's site has its own privacy notice.
You can ask for a copy of your details, or for them to be corrected or deleted, by emailing support@tillworx.com. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
