Everything a takeaway needs, working together

Change a price or mark something sold out once, and it's changed everywhere: website, till and kitchen.

Your own ordering website

Choose from four looks, then add your name, logo and colours, on your own web address. Customers order for collection or delivery and pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash. No commission on any order.

Counter till

A proper Windows program for your touch screen: counter and phone orders, cash with change, your own card machine or a Stripe reader, phone customers looked up by number.

Kitchen screen

Every order in one place: online, counter, phone and kiosk, in colour, sorted by when it's due, with a chime for each new one.

Printers, labels and the cash drawer

Prints straight to Bixolon, Star, Epson and most receipt printers, box labels on a Zebra, and opens the cash drawer. No print boxes popping up.

Keeps going when the internet doesn't

If the internet drops, the till keeps selling and printing. Orders go up to the kitchen screen and your reports when it's back.

Drivers

Drivers see their deliveries on their phone, call and navigate, and confirm with the customer's 4-digit code or a doorstep photo.

Offers that bring people back

Meal deals, money off, buy one get one free, stamp cards, refer a friend, codes for leaflets, and texts and emails to past customers.

Found on Google

Every dish and delivery area gets its own page, set up for Google from day one, with a weekly health check.

Questions

Do you take a cut of my orders?

No commission on your orders. For card payments you choose: take them through us, set up in ten minutes, at Stripe's UK rate plus 1% (about 2.5% + 20p all-in, against 14% or more on the apps), or use your own Stripe account and pay us nothing on cards. Cash orders cost nothing either way.

What equipment do I need?

A Windows 10 or 11 touch screen PC for the till, any tablet for the kitchen screen, and a receipt printer. It works with Bixolon, Star, Epson and most others, plus Zebra label printers and a cash drawer plugged into the printer. Already got kit? It will very likely work.

How long does it take to get going?

Your shop is built a few minutes after you sign up. Adding your menu takes an hour or so (you can import it from a spreadsheet), and the till installs in a few minutes.

Can I use my own web address?

Yes. You start on an address of ours straight away, and you can switch to your own (e.g. yourtakeaway.co.uk) whenever you like.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Pay for 12 months up front and you save.

Who owns my customers?

You do. Your customers, orders and menu are yours, and you can download them whenever you want.

What if something goes wrong?

Your shop is backed up every night and watched around the clock. If the internet goes down, the till carries on. And you can always call us.

Keep your profits. Try it free for 14 days.
